Overnight Parking
Lots of discussion about overnight winter parking around town. Not saying that anything needs to change, but seems worthwhile understanding what the law is and what the options are for amending. It is from 1936 and seemingly hasn't been updated since. It actually forbids overnight street parking year round, but for some reason the police selectively enforce this law only in late fall, winter, and early spring.
