The Finance Committee will be hosting a budget review and Q&A session for Town Meeting representatives from precincts 2, 4, 6, and 8 on April 16th from 6:30 to 7:30 pm in the Winchester Room at Town Hall. A separate session will be held for Town Meeting representatives from precincts 1, 3, 5, and 7 on April 14th at the same time and location (Hafiz Adamjee will be reaching out to those Precinct Chairs).
These sessions are for Town Meeting representatives/members only. A separate public session will be held the following week.
The purpose of these sessions, as in previous years, is to review key budget categories and growth drivers and to answer any budget-related questions members of Town Meeting may have in advance of the annual Spring Town Meeting.
