56 Articles is a lot. I appreciate the amount of work the Committee has done over the past few months, and the efforts they are undertaking to communicate the details, but this TM warrant is very long and the budget issues are very significant. I'd much rather deal with the proposed By-Laws in the Fall. Thoughts?

I would like to see the Town Meeting Time proposal punted to the fall with a series of public forums between now and then so we could make an informed decision. This is a big change to make based on a presentation that will be less than 10 minutes long.
