During our meeting on 3/3, the Committee on Government Regulations voted unanimously to amend Chapter 11 Anti-Litter. Proposed changes were made in consultation with the Director of the Health Department and reflect current practices or were made for clarity.
Please note that Sections 10-14 contain scrivener's errors such as bullet formatting and a "Rewritten for clarity:" preface that precedes the rewritten section. This may be revoted or edited before Town Meeting, but the intent of the changes will remain.
