During our meeting on 3/3, the Committee on Government Regulations voted unanimously to amend Chapter 4 Town Manager. The amendments include the following:
- Adding that the Town Manager's designee, in addition to the Town Manager, shall be able to issue and revoke permits related to the items recited in Section 1.4;
- Adding that each day of an existing violation described in Section 1.4 will be a separate offense and that fines are enforceable through Mass General Law Ch 40 Sec 21D.
