During our meeting on 2/25, the Committee on Government Regulations voted unanimously to amend Chapter 7 Water Works and Sewerage System. Only minor changes were suggested, such as the substitution of words for a gendered pronoun, the equivalent treatment of "unaccepted ways" and "private ways" for the consideration of applications of water pipe extensions, and explaining that the decision to install the water pipe extension may be granted if the installation would "appear to" increase tax revenue rather than the more definitive language of installations that "will increase" tax revenue.
