During our meeting on 2/25, the Committee on Government Regulations voted unanimously to amend Chapter 9 Signs. Only minor changes that do not affect the implementation of the bylaw were suggested, such as the correct hyphenization of "non-accessory" and "wind-actuated" as well as the correct spelling of "ensure."
Although no action was taken at this time, the Town Planner suggested moving this bylaw chapter into the Zoning chapter, which was not part of the Decennial Review process. The Town Planner also expressed a desire to develop a new chapter on Outdoor Lighting at a future date.
